Outsource Development to a Senior Engineering Team — Not a Staffing Agency
Most outsourcing arrangements send you junior engineers, padded estimates, and a revolving-door team. We work differently: a fixed senior crew, honest fixed-scope sprints, working demos every two weeks, and source code that belongs to you from the first commit.
| Pain Point | Typical Outsourcing Vendor | Hardened Soft |
|---|---|---|
| Junior-heavy team | Seniors on the pitch, juniors on the project. Constant context switching and ramp-up cost on your budget. | 90%+ senior engineers. The person who scopes your project is the person who writes the code. |
| Opaque progress | Weekly status meetings with slide decks and no working software to show | Every sprint closes with a live demo — working software in your staging environment, every two weeks |
| Scope creep and inflated hours | T&M billing with hours that balloon after the contract is signed | Fixed-scope, fixed-price sprints. Scope changes require a new agreement — no retroactive billing |
| Vendor lock-in | Code hosted on vendor's infrastructure, proprietary frameworks, or IP retention clauses | 100% code ownership transferred at each sprint close. No lock-in, no retention clauses, ever |
| Communication overhead | Project manager as a buffer between you and engineers, adds a 24–48h delay to every decision | Direct Telegram, Slack, or WhatsApp access to the engineer doing the work — 1-day response guarantee |
| Handover chaos | Poor documentation, no tests, undiscoverable architecture decisions buried in chat logs | Automated test suites, architecture decision records, and runbooks delivered at project close |
Choose the structure that fits your project — or mix them across phases.
Defined deliverables, agreed scope, fixed price per sprint. Best for greenfield builds, MVPs, and well-specified feature work where predictability matters.
A fixed senior squad integrated into your workflows, product planning, and communication channels. Best for ongoing product development where velocity and institutional knowledge matter more than per-sprint scope control.
A senior engineer or architect embedded alongside your in-house team. Best for companies that have developers but lack seniority or deep specialisation in a specific domain — AI, cloud, mobile, or security.
| Frontend | TypeScript, React, Next.js, Tailwind CSS, Vue.js |
| Backend | Node.js, Go, Python (FastAPI / Django), NestJS |
| Mobile | React Native, Flutter, Swift (iOS), Kotlin (Android) |
| AI / ML | Python, LangChain, LlamaIndex, OpenAI API, HuggingFace, RAG pipelines |
| Databases | PostgreSQL, MySQL, Redis, MongoDB, ClickHouse, Kafka |
| Cloud | AWS (primary), GCP, Azure, DigitalOcean |
| Infrastructure | Terraform, AWS CDK, Docker, Kubernetes (EKS/GKE), Helm, ArgoCD |
| CI / CD | GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, CircleCI |
| Observability | Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, OpenTelemetry, CloudWatch |
| Testing | Jest, Vitest, PyTest, Playwright, Cypress, k6 |
A technical conversation with a senior engineer — no sales team, no pre-baked pitch. We listen to your requirements, ask the hard questions, and produce a written scope document and budget estimate before any commitment is made.
System architecture, data model, API contracts, and a sequenced sprint plan. You see the blueprint before a line of code is written — and you approve it. No surprises mid-build.
Code goes into your repository from day one. The first sprint closes with a live demo in your staging environment. You see working software — not a progress report — at the two-week mark.
Fixed-scope sprints continue with a live demo at each close. You have full visibility: Jira/Linear access, daily async updates, and direct engineer contact via Slack or Telegram. Scope changes go through a change request, never get silently absorbed into hours.
Automated deployment pipeline, zero-downtime rollout, and a go-live health check. We stay on call for the first 48 hours post-launch at no additional charge.
Full documentation, runbooks, architecture decision records, and an in-person or video handover session. Retainer-based maintenance available. You leave owning a system you can operate without us.
The engineer who estimates your project is the engineer who ships it. No junior layer, no account manager translation tax.
Every line of code lives in your repository. No IP retention clauses, no proprietary frameworks, no lock-in — ever.
Every sprint closes with working software in a live environment. Progress is visible, not described.
We scope before we build, and we stick to it. Change requests go through a formal process — no retroactive billing surprises.
Telegram, Slack, or WhatsApp access to the people doing the work. 1-day response guarantee. No ticket queues.
One team handles product, design, engineering, QA, cloud, and maintenance. No coordination overhead across four vendors.
Automated test suites are part of every engagement. You inherit a codebase with safety nets, not a codebase you're afraid to touch.
Documentation, runbooks, and architecture decision records delivered at close. Your internal team can maintain and extend without calling us.
A freelancer is a single point of failure with limited bandwidth and no backup. We're a full-cycle studio: one engagement gives you access to frontend, backend, mobile, cloud, QA, and AI specialists — all coordinated internally. If someone is sick, someone covers. If you need a specialist for one sprint, we have one. Freelancers scale linearly; we don't.
Code is committed to your Git repository — hosted on your GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket account — from the very first commit. We have no private forks, no proprietary tooling embedded in your codebase, and no IP retention clauses in our contracts. At any point you can walk away with a fully working, documented codebase. We also recommend an open-source license where applicable so your engineers can audit dependencies without restrictions.
Yes — our Technical Partnership model is designed for exactly this. We embed a senior engineer or architect alongside your existing team, operating in your sprint cadence, your tools, and your codebase. This is most commonly used to add a senior mobile specialist, cloud architect, or AI engineer that a company needs but hasn't yet hired full-time.
We operate on a primarily async communication model that works across timezones. For most clients in Europe and the US we have a 3–6 hour overlap window that covers planning meetings, sprint demos, and real-time decisions. For anything outside a reasonable overlap, we structure the sprint so decisions are batched into scheduled calls rather than spread across ad-hoc conversations.
Project-based work starts from a single sprint (2 weeks). There's no minimum for the Technical Partnership model — it runs on a monthly rolling contract. We don't have a minimum hourly commitment for augmentation work, but engagements shorter than 4 weeks rarely produce enough context for an embedded engineer to be effective, so we'll tell you honestly if a project is too small to make sense.
Yes. We sign mutual NDAs before discovery calls and have worked with healthcare, fintech, and legal sector clients with strict data handling requirements. We can provide references and documentation of our security practices on request. For regulated systems (HIPAA, SOC 2, PCI-DSS), we structure the engagement to meet the relevant control requirements.
Fixed-scope, fixed-price sprints mean the sprint budget is agreed in writing before the sprint begins. The only way a sprint costs more than quoted is if you request scope additions — and those go through a formal change request with a new quote before any additional work starts. We don't do T&M billing where the incentive is to use more hours.
No sales script, no account manager. You'll talk directly to a senior engineer who can give you a real estimate in the first call. Tell us what you're building — we'll tell you how we'd approach it and what it would cost.
Discovery calls take 30–45 minutes and always produce a written scope outline, even if you don't proceed.
