Privacy Policy

Effective date: 15 August 2026

Who we are

Hardened Soft is a software development studio. We build products and services for clients worldwide. Our contact address is contact@hardenedsoft.com.

What data we collect

We collect only the information you choose to give us — your name, email address, and the details of your project request — when you fill in a form on this website. We do not collect data passively beyond the bare minimum required to serve these pages.

Why we collect it

Solely to reply to your enquiry and, if you become a client, to deliver the project you have hired us for. We do not process your personal data for advertising or marketing purposes, and we never have.

Cookies & tracking

We use only the cookies and technical signals that are strictly necessary to serve the website — session identifiers required by our hosting infrastructure. We do not use analytics trackers, advertising pixels, retargeting cookies, or any third-party tracking scripts. No consent banner is shown because no non-essential tracking takes place.

Data sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for their own purposes. Data you submit may pass through our email provider and our hosting provider, both of which are bound by their own GDPR-compliant data processing terms.

Retention

We keep enquiry data for as long as is reasonably necessary to respond and, if a project follows, for the duration of our contractual relationship plus any legally required retention period thereafter. Data we no longer need is deleted.

Your rights

Depending on where you are located, you may have the right to access, correct, or erase the personal data we hold about you, to restrict or object to its processing, or to receive it in a portable format. To submit a complaint or exercise any of these rights, email us at contact@hardenedsoft.com — we will respond within 30 days.

Changes

If we ever change this policy in a material way, we will update the effective date above. The latest version is always at this URL.
